let's see if i can answer a few of your questions
What would you like your customers to know?
Most important I want my customers to be aware that they are booking an artistic perfectionist. I want your floral to look as perfect as possible on your special day, but I also want your work to be specific to your taste and not to Pinterest. Feel free to use it for ideas, I do too, but I am here to create original works and not carbon copies.
What are a few more things I would like clients to know? I believe this article summed it up perfectly. Go ahead and give it a read and let's get started.

What are your prices like?
In order for my services to remain affordable for the client while fair to myself, I base my prices almost exclusively on the cost of materials. I research sales and discounts in order to keep this price as low as possible. As each event is so unique, I don't offer a wedding package so the creativity of both myself and the customer doesn't become stifled in the process. I will however work within a reasonable budget.
For a simple wedding party order of a bridal bouquet, groom's boutonniere, four bridesmaids bouquets, and four groomsmen boutonnieres the cost starts at two hundred dollars. Additional decor, related or unrelated to wedding services begin at twenty dollars. These prices will increase based on shipping, amount of decor elements, implemented floral as well as set up and delivery. Whatever the order, all payments must be made by the time of the event.
How far in advance should I book your services?
The earlier I am booked, the more there is I can do for the customer. As this is an artistic process, the results will better for the client and for myself the longer I have to finish an order. I do require a one month minimum notice for weddings and large events, three weeks for items to be shipped, and one week for items to be delivered.
What look can we achieve that fits in my budget?
The larger the budget, the more extravagant the design with the reverse being true for the opposite. It is still incredibly possible to have beautiful floral despite the restrictions of budget. For a small budget I would keep to the basics in decoration and wedding party fits while taking care of customer priorities first. For example if the priority of the client was the bride and groom, I would recommend to focus funds on the bridal bouquet and groom's boutonniere and work from there so quality over quantity is achieved. Whatever the budget all payments must be made by the time of the event.
How many weddings have you created floral for?
I have created floral for six weddings and counting. I love working on weddings as there is so much in the realm of artistic design all there for the taking. I am always looking to grow that number and I find I never run out of energy for them.
Can you work with real floral also?
To this question I give a soft yes. Am I able to work with live materials? Without a doubt. Am I willing to work with live materials? Not always. I am however always willing to work with preserved or dried floral. My main goal for my growing business is to keep affordability in mind with artistic integrity intact. Incorporating live floral immediately doubles the prices, the management of the materials, and limits the creativity as everything is hingent upon keeping the floral beautiful. I believe this takes away from the focus of the event as so much extra attention must be given to this. It is for this reason that I would advise to sticking to faux materials or finding a florist who specializes in live materials.
What will the process overall look like?
Working with my services, the process is focused on communication. It starts with an initial contact, online or in person, where both of us can discuss budgets, ideas, themes and preferences so I can make certain my clients are getting exactly what they'd like. From there I immediately get to work on finding the inventory necessary at as cheap as price as artistically possible. After I will send you an exact quote for cost. This price doesn't need to be paid immediately, but it does need to paid in full by the time of the event.
Leading up the event I will sent photos and updates as to how the order is coming. Please know that I welcome feedback and I am always willing to make adjustments. If I am setting up at an event I need access to the property as soon as it is available. This way I can have time to install or place floral. If asked I can stay during an event to rearrange my materials to fit the timeline of the day. For example in a wedding I can stay for the duration of the ceremony to the beginning of the reception so ceremony decorations can be used again as part of the reception or luncheon. Afterward if a customer would like to be featured on my page or website, please send me your photos from your big day.
What other decor can you provide?
As my work is customized this leaves my clients the freedom to collaborate with me on any kind of decor they would like for me to create. In addition to any collaborations, I offer wreaths, centerpieces, garlands, statement pieces, wall and ceiling installments, and backdrops. This is of course all in addition to corsages, boutonnieres, bouquets, and floral crowns.
I hope to be working with you soon!
